TORTINO AL CIOCCOLATO

Tortino al Cioccolato
Zutaten
  • 75 g dark chocolate
  • 40 g unsalted butter
  • 45 g caster sugar
  • 1 flat tbsp cocoa powder plus extra for the ramekins
  • 20 g Riso Gallo Nero
  • 1 egg and 1 yolk - about 60 g
  • 1 pinch of salt
Zubereitung
  1. Preheat the oven to 190 C /Gas mark 6. Grease 2 ramekins with butter and line them with cocoa powder, making sure to remove the excess. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the rice flour by milling and sieving if necessary, together with the tbsp of cocoa powder.
  3. Melt the chocolate, butter and sugar with salt, on a baine marie. Take off the heat and add the eggs one at the time.
  4. Add the flour and fold. Divide between the ramekins and bake for 15 minutes or until the top is slightly cracked but the cakes are still wobbly in the middle to give the molten effect. Enjoy with your loved one.
